大采高综采工作面过冲刷带及更换支架技术应用研究

摘要:

针对大同云冈矿大采高工作面过地质构造和局部更换支架的难题,通过预测冲刷带的走向,分析矿压对支架的损坏影响,对比了布置“刀把子”运输顺槽过冲刷带大搬家更换支架方案,与“梭形搬家切巷”直接推进小搬家更换支架的方案,并对切巷锚杆+锚索梁+锚索组+网+单体柱联合支护、大断面更换支架工艺和工作面切巷技术进行了详细论述。实践表明:采用“梭形搬家切巷”直接推进小搬家更换损坏支架技术工期短、掘进工程量少,节约了支护材料和避免了煤柱损失,现场的顶板、通风、机电设备操作、施工工艺都实现了安全有效控制。

Abstract:
